I have to stress that at this stage, all we would like is an opportunity to have an informal chat. We understand this is an extremely sensitive issue - having a conversation in no way commits your patients to anything. All I would like to do is explain the purpose of the programme more fully, the context in which any contribution would be used and the processes involved in filming, etc. (should an interviewee eventually decide that they would like to participate).
